By accessing and using MyCareerDude ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MyCareerDude provides resume building, cover letter creation, job application tracking, portfolio building, and interview preparation notes. Some features are free; premium features require a paid subscription starting at ₹49 for fixed-term access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. One account per user is permitted.
Pro Plans are available for fixed terms (2 months for ₹49, 5 months for ₹149, or 1 year for ₹299, inclusive of all taxes). All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Once payment is confirmed, Pro access is activated immediately and remains valid for the duration of the purchased term. There is no auto-renewal.
All content on MyCareerDude including templates, course material, and interview notes is owned by MyCareerDude. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Users must not: share their account credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, upload harmful content, or misuse the services in any way that violates applicable laws.
MyCareerDude is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
